favorite snow pants for small toddler?

DS is slowly sliding into 2T from 18-25M pants. I still have to cuff the bottoms if he's not wearing shoes so they don't drag.

We live in CT so there's snow on the ground most of the winter, though we still haven't had our first accumulation.

I want something fairly warm, but not too bulky. As he's only 2 he won't be out for hours on end, so comfort / easy to walk in trumps warmth. Are there any lightly lined versions out there?
