40% off all sale merchandise today, with lots of cute boy stuff. It is normally pricier than I go for, but with the additional discount, the stuff is like ~$20 an item.

I've found that anything cotton (t shirts, Shep shirts, and sweaters) run on the small side and woven shirts (at least for boys) run on the larger side. I should note that I think that for the toddler clothing, not adult .
I may have already shopped the 40% sale in the MOTN the other night when I randomly woke up and couldn't fall back asleep.
You don't understand, I am so sad we don't have a physical VV store anywhere near us. I mean, I could drive down to Newport, but that's about it. I was so jealous when I saw it in DC, at Tysons. Online is cute, but not the same as a physical store.
The decor and asthetics of the physical stores makes you want to buy more.

Fly out next time there is a "whale house sale" in my city. I will tell you. Everything was like 80% off. Tied for $20, flip flops for $5 - it was insanity.

I believe it! A) I love all things nautical. B) VV is like a whimsical Brooks Brothers. I (heart) Brooks Brothers. C) I'm definitely a West Coast nautical dresser (ahem ... we don't do seersucker, Nantucket Reds, or madras here), but I do appreciate dashes of East Coast sensibilities and polish.
I don't want to live in a world where Nantucket reds aren't appreciated.
I bought my son a gingham button down and a shep vest. I got DD two baby more summerish outfits and a bib. I was $.38 away from free shipping so I added another bib.
