You are a beast! The post-partum, post-nursing comeback is SO hard. It's so difficult to be patient with yourself. Great work, I bet it feels amazing!!
Way to go! That is definitely inspiring, especially the pull-up part because I've never been able to even to one. Thank you for sharing, I'm 4 weeks PP and really looking forward and dreading easing back into running next month. I didn't run through pregnancy, so I know I'm essentially starting from scratch. I know it will suck and hurt but I'm excited to have goals to work towards again with regards to my fitness.
Fwiw I've done this running after a kid thing twice now. Once truly starting from scratch (i.e. I did not really run before I got pregnant with #1. Started over with c25k) and the second time just trying to get back where I left off, and the second time was SO much easier. It comes back faster than it took to build it up. At least for me.
