I'm West Coast so our dinner isn't for a while, but I can already tell you what my 3yo will not eat: Anything we serve for Thanksgiving dinner. What he will eat: a PBJ before bed.

We had lunch at my mom's and are heading to the ILs for dinner.
DD ate a piece of bread and half a brownie, and drank some milk. Ugh. All that good food in front of her and she's eating like an inmate. I expect more of the same for dinner.
Our real Thanksgiving isn't until Sunday but we are having a mini one today with ham. DS1 doesn't like potatoes or rolls or ham. He requested leftover pancakes from breakfast and turkey bacon (you know, in honor of the day). He says he is giving Sunday's menu some thought because of course he doesn't like turkey either.
A very small piece of turkey, a bunch of sweet potatoe cubes, a bite of mashed potatoes, half a roll. Haven't had dessert yet, but I'm sure he'll smash it.
Dinner #1 was 1/4 piece of turkey, a bunch of noodles (one of the staples at J's aunt and uncles is chicken and noodles), most of his corn casserole, and half his mashed potatoes. Considering he ate most of a larabar in the hour before this meal in a fit of hanger, the above is fine by me.
I'll report back after dinner #2 later. If I had to bet I would guess half a piece of turkey, some mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, and a bunch of my mom's jello salad (which he will have to fight me for)
My prediction for dinner: potato rolls. Probably some banana or a pouch that we give him just so he has something nutritious. We're hoping that he will be encouraged to try some of the other stuff by seeing our friend's kids eat, though
But at least he had pancakes and bacon for breakfast and peanut butter bread and a single chicken nugget for lunch. Definitely doing the toddler eating thing today.
Turkey, stuffing, corn, green bean casserole, a wheat roll w/ butter, and a few bites of pumpkin pie. She declared "I don't like mashed potatoes and gravy!" very loudly at the dinner table, lol.

DD I think just roll and corn DS a little bit of turkey, mashed potatoes and stuffing. Not sure if DH tried to give him anything or not. The best part is when he decided he needed to dip his roll in his potatoes first. Whatever works for you kid.
I gave him a taste of sweet potato off of my finger. He made a face and almost immediately spit it back out. Not ready for solids yet. That's okay, I'm not ready for him to start solids.
