Turkey, mashed potatoes, milk, and corn. He tried pumpkin pie and ate a little bit. I consider that a huge victory since it is a new food and he's not great about trying new things.
Turkey, bread, mashed potatoes. Everything else was a bust. DD ate Happy Baby Oatmeal as the pedi said to start solids (no rice, skip right to oatmeal) whenever we wanted. I figured a Thanksgiving feast seemed appropriate.
DD (6) a ton of turkey and a piece of pumpkin pie. Traditional at least! She usually would eat only rolls but hyvees catered rolls this year were sweet honey rolls and not what she was expecting. (Or any of us really, they were more pastry like)
Mashed potatoes, corn casserole, stuffing, gravy and he had great fun attempting to eat bits of roll. I'm not sure any actually made it in his mouth, ha!
A couple of slices of turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, dressing, a roll, and 2 bites of green bean casserole. And one chocolate buttercream candy.
DD tried everything but threw most of her food one floor, signed "all done," then cried when I didn't get her out of her high chair immediately. Yay toddlers.
