I'll update this after my run this afternoon but the farthest I've ever run was 31 miles (50k). I hiked some of it though... The farthest I've run without walking/hiking is 26.2
My longest run is 26.2. My longest stretch without a walking is the first 18 miles of that (though only for a few steps before I realized walking hurt more than running, ha)
One mile done! I really felt like sitting on the couch after a long day at work, but glad I did it. I need to run in AM since I'm having a fertility treatment tomorrow afternoon (IUI) and probably shouldn't run right after.
My distance PR is pitiful... 4 miles. Y'all put me to shame!

There's no shame here. And there is nothing pitiful at all about running 4 miles!

No running for me today :-( my knee is still tender from my slip last week and we got about 4 inches of snow this evening. I really wanted this run streak, but oh well. I lifted today instead. I think 5k is my current pr distance.
