DH and I are celebrating our first in a week. We're going up to the mountains for the night, will take the dogs on a hike, have dinner, etc. We are exchanging gifts. I got DH a couple of clothing items (though I probably would have bought those for him regardless) and am doing a "paper" present. We'll see what he gives me. In the future, I'd like to continue taking a trip for the weekend and to give him a gift based on the wedding traditions.
We go to the State Fair every year We keep having babies, but on the year I wasn't pregnant or with a tiny baby we went out for dinner and drinks. We don't do gifts.
We usually just do a nice dinner out. DH always gets me flowers, some years I've gotten him something small. Since this year was our 10th, we splurged and each bought each other a gift certificate for a couple's massage. (And we both managed to do that completely on our own, by accident. OOPS. You know you've been together too long when... At least we get two massages now!)

Last year; we went on a trip for our first.
This year; we'd be in Vegas the weekend before, coincidentally. So we'd likely celebrate that weekend. On anniversary night; we'll likely go out to a median-price dinner, nothing fancy, since we'd be tapped out re: entertainment/travel expenses for the month.
We don't do really do gifts, we just go out to a really nice meal together. I'd rather do that at this point in time since I love food lol. Our anniversary was a few weeks ago and my parents watched the baby while we went out. It was really nice.

Our 7 year was last Monday. I was out of town for work Sun-Tues We ordered in over the weekend and typically get a together gift. This year's was a fancy thermostat for the house (exciting I know) and we're going to Discovery Cove swimming with the dolphins after all this rain exits FL.
I also try on my dress each year (except this one, but I'm 8 months pregnant).
We don't really make fancy plans. We normally go out to dinner, my husband will give me flowers and I sometimes get him a present.
This year for our 5th anniversary we were going to try and find a B&B, but couldn't really find anything in the area. Plus, I realized I can't even get in the hot tub.
Instead we dressed up as Zombies as part of a Humans vs Zombie survival game. We're really romantic like that.
We go on a trip. The first year we stayed home and did day trips around our area for a long weekend. The second year we went to the beach for a long weekend. This year we went to AK to visit my ILs. Next year we're going to stay around home with one night in a nice hotel/ B&B and get a city pass for all the fun things in our city for a long weekend I believe.
We always do small gifts except this year because our vacation was longer & cost more money.
We go out for a dinner that's nicer and generally more expensive than our norm. For our 5 year, we went on a trip, and we plan to do the same for our 10 year. We don't do big gifts. I can't even think of any of our anniversary gifts off the top of my head.
Yes, we celebrate by usually going out of town for the weekend + gifts. We chose to get married over Labor Day so we'd always have the option to travel.
We did the same! Well oirs is the 6th, but it wilo sometimes be actual labor day. We arent really travelling this year, but we are staying at a hotel in the city and having a nice dinner this weekend! Is it Friday yet ?!
We only do trips. Big or small, depends on the year. We also always make it a point to go out to a really nice restaurant on the anniversary night, it's the only way we can justify trying some crazy expensive place. No cards or gifts.
We don't ever do gifts on anniversaries. We usually travel somewhere. This year, however, we have a newborn so I don't think we'll be doing much of anything. Looking forward to next year when we can take a big trip without the kid.

For our one year back in July, we took a trip to California and absolutely loved it! Then we bought a house, so no big trips for awhile. Next year we might take a staycation and just go out for a nice dinner or something.
We usually go out to dinner and we do gifts too. This year we did big birthday gifts so we're not doing anniversary gifts (although DH's birthday gift was less expensive than mine, so I may get him something small). This year we're going out of town for 1 night, but we're not going too far away.

We are coming up on 8 years. This year it will just be dinner and cards, with the kids out with family. For a few years we went away for the weekend. It just depends on childcare
We go back and forth between gifts and travel. This year will be our 5th anniversary and now sure we're doing anything since we just bought a house and have a baby now.
We usually do dinner out or plan a weekend away. No gifts, just cheesy cards/letters. This year is 5 years and we are going camping. Not very romantic for many, but its our thing.
We take a day trip or weekend trip together, and usually a gift. Last year we did mega gift (birthday, anniversary and Christmas in one), and this year we went camping and small gifts.

We’re not even a 6mo, so I guess I can’t say much yet. My parents have been married 29 years and celebrate each time. Usually something low key like going out to dinner & exchanging cards/gifts. When I was growing up, my mom had this weird tradition that not only did they give each other gifts, but they’d give me a gift also. Hey, I certainly wasn’t going to stop them! Now that I’m out of the house, I’m the one giving them gifts & such.
