Short decaf extra shot soy latte. Or tall decaf Americano with a heavy splash of milk or soy milk (they use a vanilla soy milk so if I'm craving a little sweetness).
Do you use the Starbucks app? I've gotten many free drinks after starting to use the app.

How do you earn free drinks on the app?
We use a registered Starbucks card via the app. Maybe we just don't go often enough?
Ah, okay. We majorly reigned in our coffee habit so we go maybe twice a month now
You get a reward every 12 drinks but you have to be "Gold level" for rewards to count. You need 30 stars to get there so 42 stars (bags of coffee, drinks) to get a free drink. Lol Then every 12.
When I could drink coffee: double tall 2% latte. Now: tall chai latte.
Doesn't chai have caffeine or is coffee cut out for a different reason?
Yes, it has caffeine, but not as much as coffee. And, for whatever reason, even caffeinated tea doesn't trigger a migraine like coffee does. After two months of NO CAFFEINE, that was a happy discovery. :-)

I usually get a grande Pike Place and a bacon gouda sandwich on my way to work on Saturday mornings. If I go in the afternoon I will usually get a mocha with whipped cream in the summer and coffee Frappuccino in the summer.
