and working out? Part of me wants a baby. Part of me is like whoa! Everything will be so different, I really like my life the way it is.

This is me exactly. I also feel like I might be too set in my ways for a baby. I wonder too how everyone figures this out...

I have a super supportive partner that truly splits the load 50%. Cleaning, cooking, childcare, bills, errands, etc.
I cut my sleep by 1 hour. I prefer 8 hours. I get 7.
I utilize daycare at the gym.
I give myself a break when I can't fit a workout in because work is busy, or kids are busy, or someone is sick. I have to be flexible in all things.
I prioritize my life: me > husband > kids > job > friends
I don't watch TV. Except maybe a netflix show that I can 'binge watch' with 2 episodes a week.
ETA: My son didn't sleep more than 3 hours for the first 2 years of his life and we adopted my daughter when my son was 4 months old...so more like twins. I literally thought I was going insane. I didn't get back to regular, focused workouts until my children were 4. I could have done it earlier, but not any early than 2 years because of sleep deprivation.
