I wasn't good at remembering to take before photos but here is our status. Still need stuff for the walls. I have two wooden box style antique phones that were my dads. I want to hang them somewhere but just not sure where. Need to work on gallery wall, lighting, shelves, rug and a coffee table. The lamp is finding a new home. This is bascially one long room
Love that color! Looks awesome. I love your couch too! What kind of art are you going to do for your gallery wall?
Couch was a steal from Macy's during a Columbus Day sale...it is the Chloe. There are chairs to match too but DH wanted the knock off barcelonas. We got those from a office furniture rental place clearance center.
Above the buffet (the back wall) will be this print framed. (Just trying to flatten it out from the tube it came in). Thinking a silver frame with white mat.
Around that on ledges will be wedding photos and some fun snapshots in various sizes but consistent frames. I have seen some good examples on pinterest of this.
Above the couch, we are trying to pick a photo from our china trip.
The first one (i am posted from my phone so i hope this works) is my fave. But i like the other one too. I usually prefer photos over art but also going to leave space for this magical unicorn piece i don't even know i want yet.
Not sure what i want on the sides of the table. I don't want to fill the walls for the sake of filling them. We are going to london later this year so i hope i can find something random there.
I think we are going to put the antique box phones on the small slice of wall next to the curtain. The "nose" of it sticks out quite a bit so i can't hang it in a place you would walk or sit by a lot.

Pretty! I can't tell, are these spaces connected and the wall color is just lit differently?
How good is the resolution on those photos? Are you planning to frame and mat or just do a wrapped canvas? I would either do a giant landscape photo over the couch (like 30X40), or 3 smaller (like 18x24) in portrait orientation.
Nurse Cramer had stopped speaking to Nurse Duckett, her best friend, because of her liaison with Yossarian, but still went everywhere with Nurse Duckett since Nurse Duckett was her best friend....Nurse Cramer was prepared to begin talking to Nurse Duckett again if she repented and apologized.

The space is connected. The back of the dining room chair in the dining room photo is the same chair in the photo in the bottom part of the living room shot. The arm of the couch is in there too. Bascially sitting at the wall end of the dining room you look across the table straight into the living room. We did the wall behind the sofa white so it is not all completely "cloudburst blue."
I would like to do a wrapped canvas but so want to double check the to see that the resolution will work. These are real camera..not phone photo so i hope that helps.
So everytime i see that post the order is different. Do you mean the one with the person on the bike by the lake? With the building? Or the one with it's own post.
The person with the bike by the lake was what i meant was my favorite in the initial post on it but posting pics via phone screws it up sometimes.
