Did we all watch the same show? Lol. Maybe the west coast got the real show and us east coasters the scraps.
I didn't get it at all.
I just watched it and I agree with you. Admittedly I don't watch football so I can't compare to past half time shows, but I do know they supposed to be a big deal etc and this to me was like a practice run? I don't know. It was so (imo) mashed up and just blah. But I'm sure they enjoyed themselves and that's what matters. And I realize it's just my opinion, this doesn't mean others are wrong for liking it, it's just not my thing at all. Gaga did a great job with the anthem though.

What? The performers? LOL?
Well the performers sure, I mean, they don't get in this business if they don't enjoy performing I imagine, but also the fans of halftime shows too. It doesn't matter if I personally enjoyed it.
Beyoncé slayed the entire world and broke the internet.
Even gravity didn't stand a chance.
Beyoncé gave a great tribute to MJ and the entire thing was a total tribute to the San Francisco area. Bruno's MC Hammer tribute was dope.
I found Coldplay boring, but I'm not into them. Beyoncé and Bruno dance off was worth it, as was watching Beyoncé put beautiful and unapologetic blackness ino everyone's primetime.

I thought it was better than last year. But, I hate Katy Perry. A lot. So that's probably not saying much.
Random: It bugged me that the guy from Coldplay kept walking around and singing hunched over. Stand up straight, dude. My back hurt just watching him walk around like that.

I may or may not have spent a majority of halftime yelling "Dammit Chris just fucking STAND UP" and "What the fuck is wrong with you that you can't stand up".
Beyoncé and Bruno were unstoppable. I loved the whole thing, and even in Louisiana got the peace, love, and flowers nod to San Francisco. Two thumbs up.
Coldplay was more entertaining than I thought they'd be.
I will love Bruno always.
But Beyonce - I just don't get the appeal. Overrated.
All this. Sorry but Beyoncé is a one trick pony. Every move looks the same and that stupid wind machine on her hair is annoying as crap.
Prior to the performance is brought out my Beyonce bingo card and halfway through I was like, what? No wind? Oop, there you are as she and Bruno were singing a large gust of wind most have come over the stadium, lol.
Her body is banging and wearing something other than a onesie can still fly.
Dropping this in here. Personally, I think there was a huge nod to '70s Flower Power but if they're extending it to LGBTQ issues (and they are and are no doubt right) more (flower) power to them.
