I'm trying to drink more water at work. I have a pint glass (from a triathlon, ha) in my office, but that needs to be refilled too often (the kitchen/water cooler is not near my office). All of my water bottles are either bike bottles (not especially office appropriate) or Nalgenes, which would make a mess if I accidentally knocked it over on my desk.
I'm thinking something with a straw might be good. What have you got for me for recs?
Hydroflask. Any of them. Here is a link to the 32oz wide mouth. They just came out with a bunch of new colors last week, too. LOVE THEM. ETA: they don't sweat and they keep things either cold or warm for so long. I think the new colors are mainly on the smaller size bottles.
I use a basic 24 ounce cup with a lid and a straw. Can you bring a 1 gallon jug or pitcher and fill it up at the water cooler in the morning so you don't have to trek down there to refill your glass?
I do love my hydro flask. It has a wide mouth and is dishwasher safe. I don't like straws because you can't clean them, and I have to buy a new one all the time, that is never the right size for the bottle. Hydro flask has a flip top I keep closed when I am not drinking.
I get the Aladdin brand from Target with cups, lids and extra straws. I think capacity is only around 20 ounces, but it makes me get up and walk around when I refill it.
Another Hydroflask fan! It's almost my perfect water bottle. No sweating, the one by my bed still has ice in it 3 days later, 18oz is the right size for a car cup holder. The only things I dislike are that it doesn't hold as much water as I'd like (and the bigger sizes won't fit in a cup holder) and that I hate drinking out of metal (and the non-metal cap isn't spill proof). I don't think they're supposed to go into the dishwasher, though, like a previous poster said. I'd double check that part.
I have a life cycle one, 32 oz. I love it. It's glass, but it has a rubber cover. I did break one when I dropped it on concrete, but I've dropped it on every other typical surface and it didn't break. I'm not a fan of metal water bottles.. I know it's all in my head, but the water seems metallic to me.
Another rec for the Camelback Eddy. It's a few years old, and CB stands behind their products. The straw broke, and they replaced it for free despite its age. I also have the smaller Eddy, but I find it too small.

I just bought this cup to use at my desk, it's 24 oz with a straw. I like it a lot - it has a lid that won't leak! I used to have one from Caribou that I loved but I dropped it and it cracked!!
Since I get busy and can't always run to the water cooler, I also keep a S'well bottle nearby filled with water (they have a big one that holds 750 ml)!

Hydroflask!!!
I've been through SO MANY different water bottles. The Hydroflask is awesome. It's huge (I have the 40 oz one), but it fits in my car cupholder. I have the wide mouth one, so I bought the straw top, and it's easy to clean and the water still stays cold for so, so long.

May not be what you're looking for, but I can't live without my Yeti Ramblers! Expensive, but they keep ice frozen for days! They don't completely seal though.
