Does MFP have a spot to put in that you are preggo? I want to make sure I am not eating terrible when i do eat something that doesn't make me want to hurl. I didn't see a spot to put it in. I don't want it on the "loose" setting, but when I entered everything in, my calories didn't change at all.
I am 5' 1" tall 108 pre-pg and it says I can only eat 1400 a day... I know I need more than that while pg (and have been eating more than that). I am mainly interested in tracking my nutrients (specifically iron, and fiber) not my calories.
TIA!
FYI - I am mainly concerned with the iron as I was severely anemic with my first pregnancy and I can't take iron pills (literally vomit them back up with in 20 minutes). The fiber is concerning because I don't want hemi's again!
I'm not sure - I adjusted my settings from "lose weight" to "maintain weight" which bumped me up an additional ~300 calories a day. That's plenty for me and my weight gain is at a healthy rate. Could you just mess with it until it adjusts to the calories you had in mind? Or, just ignore the calories and use it to track what you want.

I have been ignoring my calories, but it keeps yelling at me lol!

Haha - red red red negative negative negative! I laugh when it reminds me on my phone "this food is high in fat." Zip it!
