I ordered T some pjs for Christmas. I paid to have them monogrammed. When I received them, there was no monogram. I have emailed the company 5 times for a refund and received no response. Should I just dispute with PayPal for my money back?

Yeah, I don't like paying for things that don't happen! Is the cost worth the time or hassle? You did just have a baby.
I'd probably try to get my money back through paypal. Why are you being charged for a service you never received, you know?? And you're sure you've been emailing the correct addy, etc? Just dispute it, then.
