Did/will you send a thank you to your labor and delivery people? I had 2 nurses in particular that I loved and really made my experience great, I want to thank them but I'm not sure what to send. My problem is that they rotate 2 12 hour shifts a week and I have no idea when these ladies work. I know one of them is working tomorrow night, but I'm worried that if I just send something tomorrow it will be gone before she sees it. Also, should I just send it to 'nurse 1,2, and Hospital l&d staff'? Am I overthinking it? Haha
I sent a hospital birth announcement to the l&d floor and also a thank you note separately. I remembered most of my nurses names and called them out specifically in my TY.

I made goody bags for my nurses and brought them to the hospital. (non-perishable snacks, candy, etc. in cute little bags). I also had one exceptional nurse, I sent a note the nurses' boss outline how fantastic she was. I ran into her a year later and she still remembered me and thanked me for the kind words to her boss (I am pretty sure I got her promoted)
Thanks guys. I'll see if I can find out who to contact to let them know what a wonderful job they did. I did leave a comment card specifically calling them out by name as well. I just want them to know that I appreciate their level of service. I work in customer service so I'm always aware of trying to make sure people know when they do a great job. Thanks for making me feel less guilty about not putting together some Pinteresty creation, I was going to today but we had to actually leave the house for a baby appt and now I'm exhausted. Haha
