I have two outfits, one was a my first birthday shirt, and the other one was just an outfit that I really like. Having too was nice because I could switch her into something clean after she ate her cake
Nothing remotely exciting. A polka dot Gymboree dress with a shirt and tights because it was cold (January). For the cake eating I put her in a simple pink shirt with ruffle peplum and shiny buttons since I didn't want the dress to get dirty. I got it at Gap Outlet.
Holy cow, so much changes in a year! Where did my chubby baby go?
ETA: She had MudPie birthday bloomers she wore with the Gap top. She also wore these in her 1 year pics, but she had on a bright pink long sleeve onsie with them.
DS wore a baseball jersey and hat because he had a Detroit Tigers/baseball party, DD1 wore a tutu, leggings, ballet flats, and a decorated onesie that read "I am "One"derful", DD2 wore a overall romper outfit with owls and leaves on it with a matching headband (her party was in a barn at a pumpkin patch), DD3 wore a tutu dress made by a cousin that matched her "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" Party theme.

My DD's birthday is in May but my mom already bought her this dress from Janie & Jack. I'll probably have a more casual outfit for her to change into too.
Same here Plus, AJ was a summer baby and it was basically a baby pool/water balloon/water toy party. So he wore swim trunks until it was cake time, then he wore his diaper in the high chair. With the mess he ended up making, going with very little to no clothing was a good idea.
