I'm not going to post the address this time. This is in a different city.
$285k 2bd 1 bath 668 sq ft on a 5000 sq ft lot built 1929
I have no idea what that thing is in the possibly fake fireplace?
H hasn't really said it, but I know he likes this one better. We're gunna go look at this one hopefully this weekend. I'm still in love with the tiny beach house, though this is probably the smarter choice.
Update: there are already offers over 300k on this house. We're still going to look at it tomorrow. Supposedly we have until Tuesday to make an offer.
That thing looks like they added some type of heating device...a long time ago?
I do love the floors and the outside space of this one. Which makes me also think it might be a long commute from "town"/restaurants, etc. Is it??
i thought it might be a heater too, but then you can see the vent in the ground on the opposite side of the room. Maybe the real heater is broken?
here there isn't really out of town areas. It is with in walking distance to it's city downtown area. It would be about a half hour commute to work for both of us, I think.
OMG!! Where are you watching that?? Me and my sister loved that show when we were kids. I haven't watching it like, 30 years.
He bought it for me on Amazon Prime. Gidget, I Dream of Jeannie, Green Acres all shows I'm obsessed with, and relate to aspects of my personality so well. I should've been born in the 60s. Everything I love had it's hey day in the 60s.
We saw the house. It needs a lot of work. A lot. They already have offers up in the mid 300s which prices us out because of how much we'd have to spend on work.
But I could just picture all the cute things we could have done to it.
