We're making cheese fondue with homemade bread and steamed veggies and chocolate fondue with pineapple and blueberries (the strawberries at the store looked terrible.)
DH is grilling the ribeyes. I'm doing the baked potatoes (brush olive oil on the skin, roll it in sea salt and bake in the oven for an hour, the skin gets crispy.
DS is eating leftover tortellini, we plan to eat half an hour after DS IS in bed so we can enjoy it and we should be through all the "I need a drink of water" nonsense by then.

I got a spiralizer for Christmas and used it for the first time. "Zoodles" are NOT noodles (actually, when I told H I was making this www.skinnytaste.com/2015/01/chicken-zoodle-lo-mein-for-two.html he was all, "Why would you replace perfectly good noodles with ZUCCHINI?" LOL) but I did think this was an interesting way to get more veggies in. Very tasty!
Also, I spiralized the first zucchini, all good. Then I put in the second zucchini, it wasn't working. I took out the plates, rinsed them, cut off the ends, tried again. No bueno. Threw that zucchini away, tried another zucchini, same fucking problem. I started to get REAL PISSED. I pulled out a 4th zucchini (apparently I purchased an abundance) and only figured out on this one I had started turning the handle the wrong way starting the second zucchini. Oops.
Brooklyn Brothers pizza. One of our favorites. We watched the Harlem Globetrotters with the girls this afternoon and the BB Pizzeria is just across the street from the arena.
did he fuck you good, so you took his ass to red lobster?
to get back to the topic at hand, we had mapo tofu. white rice. and a side of broccoli stems cooked forever. they don't really go together, but oh well, 'twas delicious. oh, and dessert was chocolate-covered strawberries.
