Took a little longer than planned, but 2 beautiful embies were transferred. They are watching the others overnight, not sure of anything will make it to freeze.

They made me wait for SO LONG for my transfer. I thought I was going to pee my pants. I actually peed an hour after my set appointment time, barely drank anything, and still had a super full bladder for transfer.
But then the cath got stuck. Apparently there's a curve in the road up there. That was uncomfortable.
So cycle got cancelled. Lining isn't thick enough. She gave me the choice of trying to see if it would thicken, but it wouldn't be optimal, or cancelling and trying next cycle. After everything that my body has been through the last 4 months, we decided to cancel to try and get me back to baseline.
This is my second cancelled FET because of lining issues. I'm sad and frustrated. Why does this have to be so difficult?
AF is late, I am holding out to test until Thursday. 2 days late so far and no signs of her yet but this has happened before, especially a few times as of recently.
Yay, @bigredgum! Snuggle in, little embies! Can I ask what made you transfer two?
I was not sure what I would do going in, I had not heard what the quality was since the day after ER. One was perfect quality, the other was good but a bit smaller. My clinic's average transfer is 2. Given my IF history of 5+ years they were thinking higher chance of success and estimating 10% chance of twins with 2. Their SART data reflects 30% twins though. Honestly, I just want the highest chance of something sticking as possible.

Fingers crossed!
YES, my bladder was going to freaking POP because they kept having me drink and I had not peed in 4 hrs. When the doctor came in I was having such horrible bladder spasms and curled up in a ball that he let me pee 2 cups worth lol. God that felt good!! Yikes, the cath issue sounds like a nightmare!

I feel like we must go to the same re lol. Mine has very similar stats.

I do remember that you transferred 2 as well. Yours was slightly different since they did a 3dt if I remember right. Did you end up with any to freeze? Sorry, everything is blurring together. :-)

Back from my procedure, everything was clear! Now they will let me start my IUI cycle but with my Disney trip next week, we would have to spend an extra $1200+ for freezing and flight changes (and missing a day in Disney), and there is no guarantee my body would be ready in time. So instead, we are going to do all the meds, and then TI when we get there (DH is meeting us there in Disney the day after, so it should be ok). DH's SAs are now almost all normal, so I think TI is still a good option for us. It is def better than a completely cancelled cycle.
@bigredgum, that is great! Two good embies sounds so encouraging! kellikans, I am so sorry. It is just unfair. Huge hugs. That sounds so emotionally heartbreaking, knx9211. You know it is coming, but it is just taking its time. I would call and see what you can do. Huge hugs to you while you go through this. icedcoffee I have everything crossed for you, girl!
Love of my life baby boy born 11/11. One and done not by choice; 3 years of TTC yielded 4 MMC and 2 CPs, through 4 IUIs and 2 IVFs. Focusing on making the world a better place instead...and running.
My FET cycle is not off to an ideal start. Because AF was a bit early, and because of how the embryologists decided to time this cycle, I ended up being out of town the day my first blood test was supposed to be (today). So I am just praying everything is on track and they can adjust as/if needed after Thursday's test without adverse consequences.

Mushe I've been taking baby aspirin, but it can't hurt to look into the L-Arginine. Did your RE recommend it, or is it something you started taking on your own?
