Cow. And I grew up drinking skim. I never had whole until Henry was born. Now I looooooove whole. Like, give me the extra fat and calories. That's fine. I'd rather have less of milk that tastes like milk than more skim.
I don't really "drink" milk, but I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk in my smoothies, cereal and oatmeal. I also use a splash of my kids' 2% cows milk in my coffee.
