I used to watch the one in Decorah. I watched it for two "seasons". It would keep the camera on for some time after the first fledge. There was a local guy that would study them and he put a tracker on one eagle per season (for research purposes). Then one died by electrocution. When I watched the next "season", two died from electrocution. It's something about how the power poles are not safe for Eagles.
I can't watch anymore eagles because it got depressing . But it was really fascinating when I did watch. Even when they die, it's interesting to learn that there are laws to protect them and the Eagles go to Native American tribes for some ceremonies.
