Before pictures

These pictures aren't the greatest as I took them at night and there is very little light in the house the moment.

Living room.  We are replacing the carpeting with laminate hardwood and painting.   

 

Kitchen.  The left side counter is being moved closer to the door to create more work space in the kitchen. We decided on new appliances with the exception of the fridge.

Half bath in the basement.   Being repainted as I can't understand the black, but nothing else is changing prior to moving in. 




Main bathroom.   Being completely remodeled.  The faucets had pliers on them to operate them during the showing. 





Master bath.   Nothing being done at the moment maybe in the next round of improvements.

Basement is being repainted and new carpeting. The counter in the bar will eventually be replaced as well. We can't replace the sink at the moment as it is an odd size and there is no room to cut a larger hole in the counter.  They took the window out of the bonus room in the basement and used this room to grow pot.  This is going to become a workout room.

What is going on with that black bathroom? It looks like it belongs in a bar. LOL

I think moving the kitchen counter out a bit is a great idea!

They even painted the back of the door black.   I have no idea what they were thinking with that.

Are you keeping the peninsula in the kitchen or are you going to make it an island?
