I agree with this. I have the most casual office I've ever seen - people have worn bodysuits with plaid shirts tied at their waists with slip on vans. But I dress for the job I want someday, not the job I currently have.

I do typically subscribe to the "dress for for the job you want" philosophy, especially when I am in the big office, so I am definitely reconsidering this outfit for that environment. I don't care as much at the small office.

Thank you :-) You're right, there is zero cleavage and I'm well covered. It's just the way the dress is fit and then flares that I think emphasizes them, especially in that pic from the side. It's not quite that bad IRL.

I don't see issue with the boobs but you could throw on a cami if you feel borderline. I had a peep toe with a small wedge in tan leather that was the most versatile business casual shoe, so that's my vote. I wore them until they were scuffed and damaged and was so sad to say goodbye. They were the nude heel of the casual office.

You're probably the best judge of what you can get away with at your job, and I think you look great.
