estrellita - is it possible you need a new rx for your glasses? that could definitely be contributing to your headaches too.
That's possible, although I've been wearing my glasses a lot and the headaches got worse more recently. I do think my eyes got worse though since having E so maybe that's one of the contributing factors! Hopefully I will get new contacts tonight and a prescription to look into getting new glasses too. I was looking at Zenni but I'm not sure about the styles. Anyone know of a place that does glasses cheap? My insurance covers glasses OR contacts so I've heard from coworkers it can end up being cheaper buying glasses using the FSA.

MrsMB H and I had some pretty angry fights when E was a NB. The sleep deprivation for both of us sucked because he was tired at work and I was feeling a little resentful that I never got a block of time to just sleep like he did since I did all MOTN wake ups until I went back to work. Those first few months suck, lol. It will get better!
HoneySpider I apologize I totally missed that you H is sick, I change my vote on making him sleep on the couch. I would let H sleep where he is comfortable too. Thank you luv2rn4fun for making me realize I missed that part.

So the eye doctor said I have an astigmatism in my left eye. I knew I had one. But apparently it was either missed before or it wasn't there last time (it can come and go somehow?) because my glasses don't correct for it. Neither did my contacts. So I put in the trial contacts and felt instant relief in my eyes. They weren't straining so much anymore! Still have a horrible headache but hopefully this is a start to getting rid of the headaches. I definitely need new glasses ASAP! My headaches have been mostly on my left side so it's totally possible this is the cause. I hope so because I just want to feel normal!

I hope this gives you relief!!
I know what you are talking about with the astigmatism. I have it in one eye and it's been there, gone, then back again. It's weird. I did have issues when I had a prescription for contacts without the astigmatism correction years ago.

It's so weird, I never knew it could do that! I've been noticing issues mostly with my left eye so it totally makes sense that something wasn't right with my glasses. Of course my eyes ended up getting irritated after a while with the contacts in. Hopefully that was nothing. I didn't get my eyes dilated today since I was driving but he is going to next week because apparently he saw a grey spot that could have just been a reflection but maybe something else (can't remember what). Hopefully it's nothing!

So after spending 2/3 of the night on the sofa Wed night and paying for it with back/butt/leg pain yesterday, I agree with your original assessment, lol. I was annoyed about it yesterday but luckily when DH got home from work he said "you're not sleeping on the sofa again" and I agreed. So we switched and he stayed out there last night. I feel bad, but it was much better for me.
estrellita I primarily wear my contacts so when my glasses broke a few years ago and I wanted a cheap replacement, I went to Walmart. I think I paid $38 for them and I actually ended up loving them. I think you can get glasses cheaper online but IMO it's so hard to pick out frames without trying them on.
HoneySpider totally agree. I tried the thing where they put them over your picture but it's just not the same. I tried a few on when I was done with my appointment and wasn't finding anything I liked. Everything either had super thick frames or looked too old lady on me. I'll have to try there!
