With all the new members (including myself) I was thinking if anyone is interested in having new friends, you could post your Goodreads account link here. Maybe include the genre of books you tend to read also in case people want to match up with like-minded readers. And if you're privacy conscious but still want to make new friends: feel free to friend request anyone on here even if you don't post your profile link on here.
Mine: www.goodreads.com/UfCasey I tend to read: paranormal romance (PNR), urban fiction (UF), young adult (YA), and fantasy. But I'm open to reading just about anything
BTW, you can find your link on your goodreads profile page near the top under the 'activity' section
I read a lot of sci-fi, fantasy, YA romance, and humorous memoirs. I like pretty much everything except for coming-of-age novels and literary fiction about malaised middle-aged men.
I read mainly cozy mysteries, but some chick lit. I read very few bestsellers. A workmate once commented to me that I had an uncanny ability to find the most esoteric book in the bookstore. I took that as a compliment. And I think it's still true.

You're not kidding! You have over 900 books marked read on GR and out of those I have only read 4 of them according to their compare books tool. Funny!
I mostly read histories, biographies, and classic literature. (I also love time travel). My current fav series is Outlander, my other fav authors are Jane Austen, L.M. Montgomery, Jack Finney, and Alison Weir. I also adore "A Tree Grows in Brooklyn".

Probably a silly question, but do you prefer Alison Weir's historical fiction or her biographies?

Her biographies. I kinda feel like no one does English royals at the same level as she does.
