I felt like organic apple cider vinegar (capful in a big glass of water twice a day) helped keep it under control for most of my pregnancy. At this point I just have to accept my fat feet and ankles and try to elevate them as much as I can. Hope you find some relief!
At least it is your hands and feet... mine is my lady parts
oh NOOOOOO.
It is horrid! My ob says she is just way down in my pelvis (already), so hoping she will move up as she gets bigger and it will be alleviated. So TMI, but think veins popping out
Honestly, birth is your only "cure". Even then, it takes a while to pee the water out after birth. Compression socks were my best friend. Wear them! Not just because your legs feel better, but because you want to prevent deep vein thrombosis.

I have this issue too and I don't remember it happening with my last pregnancy. So weird. I am afraid that two pregnancies so close together has changed my vag forever.

I'm super swollen too at 5 days pp. You could try soaking your feet in an Epsom salt bath. Mr. Smock massaged my feet last night, pushing up towards my legs, and that Serbs to have helped!
I had bad swelling with my first, it started early and was bad. But like you, BP was ok and no protein spilling so it was mostly an annoyance. Still sucks, though. :/
I ditto everyone else on lots of water (sounds like you're doing good on that!), compression socks, and keeping your feet elevated. With G, once I got home from work, I would lie on the couch on my back (propped up a bit, so not flat) and put my legs up on the back of the couch so they were above my heart. I've also heard swimming can help, but have no first hand experience with that.
I cried when I could see my feet bones again after I delivered, lol. But like smock said, it can get worse pp before it gets better. I was hooked up to fluids in the hospital and my legs were huge. It was almlst comical. On the plus side, losing water weight pp is really easy!

Add me to the swollen lady bits club
I didn't even realize that's what it was until I saw my doctor this morning. Baby has been sitting pretty low all along but the last 3-4 days there has been so much pressure really low, feels like the baby is just going to slide out (obviously I know it won't, lol)
I haven't looked, I think ignorance is bliss right now...
The positive part of all the swelling is the pp weight loss. I gained 60# and was back at my pre pregnancy weight within 2 weeks of birth. So, I know it sucks. It's painful. Eventually, no shoes will fit. But birth will fix it (and is the only thing that will!) and watching the scale plummet feels so good after several annoying ob appts where you get 'the talk' about your numbers.

Ugh. I've been a little uncomfortable down there lately, and thought it was because I just went for a waxing last week after being a overdue from my normal schedule. But its been 10 days and now I think I might have this too.
