I cannot manage to get it from the room temp container through the the filter without 1) spilling it everywhere and 2) ending up with too much grounds left over.
What containers do you use? How do you pour from one to the other?
I have this and have tried different types and grinds-I swear they all taste like mild soap
I have a similar one and I soaked the filter in vinegar to get rid of the weird taste and then rinsed and let air dry. I no longer have the weird tasting coffee. I think the filter holds on to the soap -- I put mine in the dishwasher sometimes.
So I made this last night/this morning. And I think I might have done something wrong, it just didn't taste strong enough. Is there a particular type of coffee I should use?
I loooove cold brew and drink it year-round! The acidity of hot brewed coffee has been bothering my stomach, so I'm happy to not have to give up coffee altogether!
