I just sent you a request. I started back this week after not exercising or watching what I eat since September.
I'm amylosing2 if anyone wants to add me.
Are you traveling this way any time soon?
As of right now no. I took a new role in March that requires me to travel to Boulder 4x a year so I think that will be the extend of my traveling for the year. I have dreams of the peanut butter that we got from hell's kitchen

I was just thinking this morning that I should really start tracking again, it's been, well, a while. Maybe friends on MFP will be a motivator like FitBit :-) I just made a new account with the same username as here.
How do you guys use MFP... just for food tracking or also for workout tracking? I don't think I'm connected to anyone on there - i thought it was purely for tracking food.

I do input my workouts in there as well as food, but mainly because I'm trying to lose some pounds and I eat back most of my calories (I input calories based on HRM because MFP's calories per workout are way too generous). It helps keep me on track that way (well, when I'm good about tracking which I'm not right now :-( )

I have Garmin synched with MFP. It helps me keep an eye on how much I'm eating vs how much I'm working out. For example, yesterday I was VERY hungry and went like 600 calories over. But when I checked on Saturday's entry, I saw that I was 800 calories *under* because of my long run, so I knew not to worry about Sunday. I throw in a rough estimate of lifting and PT too, because I figure they require calories too. But it's very non-scientific.
