Where do you buy jewelry (non-costume)?

Etsy is overwhelming me and I haven't had good luck with Gemvara. There are so many shops in the mall. Where do you go?

Do you have local jewlers? I tend to like stuff there better than the national mall chains.

Most of my real jewelry is from Tiffany, just because that's where H always shops for me. I want him to broaden his horizons, though. I don't really shop for jewelry for myself but last time I looked, I really liked Neiman's jewelry counter.

I like Brilliant Earth but they don't have many designs.

We go to a local jeweler who has stuff ready made and does custom stuff too. We've been going to them since we got engaged more than a decade ago.

Local jeweler with a few stores in the area where my husband bought my wedding ring. They have been very good to us.

I do but I feel that because our relationship is SO good, he may be taking advantage of it. Like last time he charged me $135 to get the posts on my earrings made thinner. If I had known, I never would have had them done.

Wow. My husband bought me earrings for Christmas and the posts were too big (I didn't realize that happened) and our jeweler made them smaller for free. $135 seems like a lot.
