Pest Control: Do You Have a Service Plan

If you do pest control, do you have a service plan or do you do ad hoc?  If so, what does it cost?

We have a company come out quarterly and spray. They do everything inside our house, outside the house and in our detached garage for $100/quarter. They will come back between visits if needed.

Edit: I think the very first visit was more money but we also had some nasty bugs from the house being vacant, so it was worth it.

Our last house in San Antonio we did. It was $90 per quarter. Worth it.

We just do an annual termite spray. DH does the at home stuff 2x a year.

We have a service that comes every other month and we pay $58 when they visit.

Our company comes quarterly for $80 per visit. This includes both inside and outside the home. And they'll handle any issues that come up between visits as well.

I did a one-year service plan for ants, where they'll come out quarterly but also come and get rid of hornets' nests and stuff if we need. I may cancel after the year, though.

We do! They probably even go to your area... I think its around $135 every other month.

We did it because when we bought the house, there was evidence of mild termite and mice. Nope nope nope.

No but I probably should because of termites and rats.



Edit: I feel the need to clarify...we don't currently have rats (...I don't think.....) but it's a known thing when the citrus trees start producing that they come and try to find food.
