Thanks for the rec, I saw that recipe a while ago, and thought about it, but forgot. Do you think the tofu would hold up for the next day leftovers, if I don't add the sauce to all of it?
I always think tofu absorbs the flavors of whatever you cook it in. So when I cook it, I always add lots of spices, herbs etc. I just don't always get it to be nice and crispy.
Have you every tried the marinated, baked tofu from trader joes? My kids love it and snack on it often. It is not soggy or mushy.
