It's pretty much raining sideways here, another beautiful day. I think it's the 13th straight day of rain and isn't supposed to stop until Sunday morning. DH is sick, the baby is sick and now puking, and we are putting Buca down at 3. I am remember the day I brought this pug of love home. I'm sure I'll be a total nutcase later but for now I have him in my lap until we leave.
I'm 2 for 2 with crying during childbirth class. We had our second class last night, and we watched a birth video. I cried when they handed the baby to the mom and she started crying. Ugh.
We're taking MIL to a Mexican place tonight for an early Mother's Day celebration. Yum!
lol! i passed the eff out in my childbirth class the first time. they held up a mayonnaise jar and explained that the opening was about ten centimeters. for some reason, i had pictured ten centimeters being much bigger. i got all these little floaters and went down. i'm so tough!
both of the teachers in my reading intervention class were out today, so it was just me and the kids. they didn't leave anything for us to do, so we talked about the writing assessment they just completed about jackie robinson and i showed 42. they were freaking riveted and yelling at the screen and it was so fun.

I need wine and possibly some xanax.
I'm so sorry. That is a lot to deal with in a day. (((HUGS)))
We're getting ready to be discharged. DD still has a fever, so we're going to have to keep the kids away from each other. I know she is going to want to hold him and cuddle him. She's been talking about it for months. I'm already feeling a little sad that she won't get that right away.

Ugh! What is it with these kids! DS had a fever and later started puking last week the day we brought home DD. Hoping the rest of you stay healthy.
