This is my brainstorming list. I haven't finished adding nor started narrowing yet.
DH wants baby girl to be named Sophia after his mom. It's not the right name for us. Which probably means she won't be Margaret after my mom either (one of my top choices).
Both kids have 9 letter names, though that's bc we prefer longer names, not intentional. I think if it works out this time, great, but I'm not tied to the concept. I added a bunch of 9-letter girl names to consider.
Louisa Sabrina Emily Seraphina Margaret Marielle/a Charlotte Josephine Elizabeth Stephanie Zara Jacqueline Eleanor Catherine Alice Vivian Evangeline Beatrice Madeleine Valentina Linnea
Yay!!!!!! I am so excited for you! How are you going to tell the kids?
We had my ILs on Skype and had them put in guesses, then asked G and X their guesses. I don't know if X understood but he said brother. Everyone else (FIL, MIL, Genevieve, plus earlier Rich and me) guessed girl.
MIL guesses based on if the previous youngest child's hair is a point or flat across in back. Flat across=girl, which is what X's hair does. FIL guesses based on the mom's face. Pretty as usual/prettier=girl, uglier than usual=boy.
I find it so interesting different cultures' ways of guessing the sex
