All I have in the house includes: stew meat, lentils, onions, garlic, a red bell pepper, and an eggplant. I'm thinking about combining this all somehow.

I like to see how everyone is moving towards hot cozy fall foods. Last night I made pork chops with onions and apples with kale and it was so tasty. I'm ready for fall :-)
Pancakes. We always do them on Tuesdays and I think it's my kids' favorite day of the week. :-)
Reading some of these things, I am feeling wistful for the days when I could dream up dinner at work and just stop off and get what I need or just chuck the whole cooking idea and go out to dinner. Before the kids. LOL. I can still do those things, of course, but they have a domino effect on the rest of the evening, delaying bedtime, and we do. not. do. that at my house.
