Fav Seattle Vegetarian restaurants

Trying to figure out when/where to take my stepmom for her birthday. Last year we did Cafe Fiore. I was thinking Plum Bistro but next weekend is Cap Hill Block Party so traffic around there will be a nightmare and we're busy the last weekend in July so we'd have to wait until first weekend in August. (I do really want to try PB though!)

The only other place I'm familiar with with the one that start with an A in UDistrict but I don't think she'd really be interested in Vietnamese.

Must be wheelchair accessible and hopefully easy parking (paid lot is fine) not too far away as I'm still not quite strong enough to push her long distances or up steep hills.

Alternately, one with a good variety of tasty vegetarian. She is, we're not. But she's okay with being around meat, just doesn't eat it herself usually.

I haven't been there, but have heard good things about Chaco Canyon in West Seattle

Only place I go is Moonlight Cafe, but it's Vietnamese food. Araya's Place is Thai.
