This is a timely question as I was just thinking about this. He's been dry every day for a week straight and was dry like 50% of the time before that so I was considering pulling them but I really don't want to clean up a wet crib so we'll probably KOKO for awhile.

DD2 is 6.5 and still wears them to bed. I found out recently one of her good friends does as well. The pedi told me not to be concerned until 8. so, maybe a long time? my 4 year old DD3 is out of them, DD2 just can't seem to stay dry overnight
My older child wore them until about a month before K. My son is still wearing them at 5. We'll be trying a night without them next month, but I think we have another 6 months to go.
We day trained at 2yr 1m She is 4yr 3m and still wears a pull up at night. She's tried a few nights in undies but just doesn't wake up (even when she pees) She'll get it eventually. She does wake up dry like 70% of the time.
Ds1 trained in February and he still wears one overnight. I thought this might be the last box I buy but he was wet twice in the last ten days or so, so maybe not?
I dunno id rather do pull ups than wash sheets etc.
DS1 potty trained at 3y8m and we kept him in pull-ups for another 2 months just to use up the remaining pull-ups. He was usually dry at night already before we potty trained so it wasn't much of an issue.
DS2 just potty trained at 3y11m and refused to wear diapers or pull-ups after about day 3 in underwear so we just put him in underwear at night. So far it's been 2 weeks and no night-time accidents.
DS is 4.5 and wears ones for nap and nighttime. He's been PTed for a year. He wakes up and they're super full. He overflows his overnight GoodNite about once a week.
J pt at 26mo but is still in a pull up at night now at 4. He wakes up dry now 99% of the time but I just keep him in a pull up for the 1 random time he does pee.
The girls are still wearing pull ups at night and expect will for the forseeable future. We did the 3 day method wih them a few weeks ago.

About 7 months. He had been waking up dry the majority of the time so we made a sticker chart and made a big deal about earning a toy from the store if he could stay dry 7 days in a row.

DD wore them until almost 5, though she PTd by 3. (DS only wore them for a month or two... and mostly because I had a newborn and didn't want to deal with extra laundry, not because he actually needed them.)

DS day trained at 2.75. He's 4 now, and still wears an overnight size 6 every night and is wet 6/7 nights. He needs a drink at bed though (he has a cup of milk while we read), so it's not changing anytime soon
DD PT'd during the day and naps no problem at 2yo but was in a diaper (we CD'd) for a year before she woke at night to go to the bathroom. We tried a couple times in that year (woke her up 2x a night) but she was still having accidents. She was totally dry at night around 3-3.25yo.
If she is waking up wet, then it's probably not time.
