Ditto the above person who said talk to someone tomorrow about this. Don't try to hold it in, the effects get worse as time goes on (I am talking about after several rounds, not days). There are many things they can do to make it easier for you. I am sorry today was so rough. Good luck to you.
ETA: Also don't be shy about asking for anxiety meds if you feel they could help. That helped me on chemo days immensely (and help me sleep when I was in chair. I had a 3 day pump but after the first day the anxiety was fine.) IIRC those can also help combat nausea.
