Not only are the crass, but they are moronic. For most of these, anyone standing a couple feet away or making a quick glance is going to think the shirt is in support of Hillary.
Is this the first campaign that has gotten this dirty? I don't remember past candidates absolutely bashing their opponent.
Nope, the NOBAMA, NOPE, and other anti-Obama shirts from 2008 were pretty bad. I remember one with Michelle depicted as an angry woman that had me so pissed. And there were monkey shirts and all that. Terrible. Not sure if any came from the campaign, but they were around.

I don't think it came directly from the McCain campaign, but 2008 was a cesspool of disgusting anti-Obama paraphernalia. I mean truly vile stuff. But I lived in Kentucky at the time, so that might be part of it.
You've never heard of "liar, liar, pants on fire"? It's a play off of that.
I get that. I'm not seeing where it's sexist. I mean, knowing the Trump campaign it probably is, but inherently without the source, it's not.
To me, the original 'pants' part could still apply to HRC. What, a woman can't wear pants? You have to change it to pantsuit to make sure you know you're talking about Hillary who is a woman? Maybe just me.

You change it to pantsuit, to know you're talking about HRC, because that's what she wears. LOL!

Precisely. There's a local candidate who has put up "AguLiar" signs against his opposition (Aguilar), but when you glance quickly at them you miss the actual point. They just look like Aguilar signs.

The pantsuit has been Hillary's signature style for a long time. It's just playing on that. Like pixy that one did make me giggle in spite of myself. I don't think that particular one is blatantly misogynistic given that her wearing pantsuits is a specific thing.
You know, it really does make me sad to see that's what people can buy, especially when I think about all the positive, feel-good shit on HRC's website. The difference is unsettling.

Her Twitter profile says "pantsuit aficionado."
Get out of here with your valid points! That's sexist! Haha

I agree that taking her designs is a really dumb mistake, because from a distance it totally looks pro-Hillary!
I drove by a "Hillary for Prison" sign recently, and it took me a second glance to realize it wasn't an HRC sign. I'm guessing most of the people driving by just see the flag and big HILLARY without the rest.
