Oh hamster, I am so sorry for your loss. Please take care of yourself. Your doctors are being insensitive aholes. If you miscarry naturally before the D&C, please do not hesitate to go to the ER to get the care you need.
On the plus side, and early procedure means I can work Saturday. More importantly, that means I get swanky seats with free, all you can eat food and beverage with the rich people.
Oh. So am I correct that when all this is said and done, I should go to a new doc and get a new patient exam so I can explain my history and expectations for when I get my next BFP?

I am so sorry you are dealing with another loss. I absolutely think you should get a new doctor. I got a new OB/GYN after my second loss and haven't looked back. I found one recommended by my perinatologist - did you see one for your first loss? If so, they might have a rec. I also now see an RE which felt more productive than just going to an OB/GYN.

I originally saw the midwives, but after the first ultrasound was blank I got kicked to this doctor. I feel like an RE might be overkill (plus they are part of the same practice though well liked comparatively) I just need a doctor who is smart and doesn't make me bend over backwards trying to be my own advocate. I realize I have trust issues with doctors, but it shouldn't be THIS hard.

That is frustrating. And I didn't mean to imply you needed to see an RE. My RE and the perinatologist have been the smartest and best advocates I have found, but I am sure you can find that in another OB/GYN.
