I share Kirkette's love of CarMax. I've sold cars to CarMax and purchased some there. They don't negotiate prices and it may look a little more expensive initially, but they go over those cars like no other. Most of the cars they buy and take as trade-ins don't even make the cut to sit on their lot, most are sent to auction. They also list all their inventory on their website and will transfer a car from any lot in the US for a few hundred dollars with no obligation to buy if you end up not liking it. Also, their employees don't work on commission, so there's no pressure. And they have the paperwork process set up like a damn retail store. It's the easiest car buying process ever.
