My Sunday:
Water intake - 0 oz. I really need to get better about this on weekends. Breakfast - Chicken Burrito. AM Snack - Fruit Snacks. Lunch - Chicken Burrito. PM Snack - Gatorade. Dinner - Chicken and Rice (with Parmesan), apple cider.
