How is everyone planning on following along? Various international news or local news channels? How many timezones ahead are you? I think there must be a few of you that are going to be spending your Wed following rather than Tues!
I am utc + 1 (west africa time zone). I will be at work during the day until about 10am est so guess I will be on my phone, not sure which site to follow. and then at home on tv we only have access to cnn international, al jazeera, and bbc. guess ill be checking over night until whatever time polls "close". when i wake up ill try to find whatever news I can find streaming on Npr. But i am looking for other ideas.
I'm lucky. I'm +14hrs from EST so it'll be daytime on Wednesday for me. just need to find some non-annoying Americans to watch it with! ETA: I'll just be watching the news channels we get here. CNN and/or Fox.

I won't be following as I do need to work on Wednesday evening so I'll need my sleep. I'll check it out in the morning. I'm in London so +5hrs from EST.
I haven't decided yet. I will probably sleep, and then check the result as soon as I wake up, since a lot of states won't be called until the wee hours of the morning.
I have a Filipino friend who is actually taking a vacation day on Wednesday, because he plans to stay up all night! He was trying to convince me to do the same, but I don't want to waste a day off on this. (I did get up at Crazy-o-clock for one the debates, but that was just two hours, and I went back to bed after.)
I'm in the UK so +5 and will likely watch some of it - a combination of being unable to sleep for nerves and having a baby who doesn't really sleep much. 8 years ago we went to an election party for Obama and stayed up all night but we were young non-parents then so had much more stamina!
Either way I get up by 4/5 am even if I get to bed eventually so I'll see the results almost as they're called. I'm sure everything will be on BBC but I'll probably stream TV on my laptop so I can watch an American channel.

I'm +13 from the east coast. I will definitely be following along at work, but honestly probably just by reading here haha. If I can find a live stream that isn't blocked here I might watch some of that too.

Agreed! Some cep commentary will be in many cases more tolerable than getting dizzy watching those crazy visio-touch screen election tv screen maps that the cnn ppl play around with!

I didn't see this post! The IL board is picking up, hooray!
We're now 8 hours ahead of the east coast (12 ahead of west coast), so we're planning on getting up early to watch the final results roll in. I imagine they'll be shown on CNN, BBC and Al Jazeera English so we'll pick one of those.
We're having a few friends over in the morning, and if HRC wins, I may have to have some Bailey's in my coffee :-)
