thoseareradishes , SCH's add insult to the IF injury, I get it. Hopefully yours resolves itself soon. I think mine went away around 10-11 weeks and since you're that FAR already, maybe your luck will be the same!
starryfish , did you get yours on Amazon? How do you use the registry completion date before the baby is born, or ever I guess?? I got the green Flex, what about you?
Yep I did! It gave me the discount being available a few weeks ago but I was waiting to use it. On your baby registry it's at the top under completion discount. You must click the link and then add items to your cart directly from registry. My stroller price was $252!!!!!
Wow, that's great! Is it a one time use?
eta: T&P's!!! I hope you and baby stay well tonight!
Need some TandPs please. My BP is now 160/100. Not sure what's going to happen.
((Hugs)) Did they give you the steroid shots yet?
Edit: I see you did get the first shot and most likely the second one by now. That will help baby so much. Hang in there, you don't have much longer to go either way now.

My baby is due tomorrow! Omg, how did this happen?!
Was 3cm dilated at my appointment yesterday but nothing feels particularly imminent.
You've been on my mind! I hope things start soon. The worst part of my labor was going from 0 to 5 so you're already in good shape as far as I'm concerned
starryfish, keep us posted! Thinking of you and hoping the second shot really helped.
janegold SHUT UP! god, it feels like that went so fast! At this point (and with the last pregnancy) I remember feeling like time was dragging. I hope it speeds up for me soon so I can be where you are!

BP came down overnight (normal bc I was sleeping). We will see if it rises today. Waiting on seeing the doctor this morning.
I got an egg crate added to my mattress last night and my DH brought my PG pillow and both made a HUGE difference, but the egg crate was prob the biggest difference. I actually slept last night for several hours!!!!!!!

First trimester CRAWLED for me - it seriously felt like it was as long as the other two combined.
I had a migraine yesterday so i wasn't around. I took the day off work too. I'm feeling a lot better today, thank goodness. AS this afternoon! I can't wait. We are going to leave work a little early and get subs at Firehouse beforehand.
how's it going starryfish? I hope baby is still happily inside.
My BP went down yesterday so we are still just watching it (it spiked high Tuesday night). I am here for another 2 weeks when they will induce me at 37w. Hoping she can at least make it to 36w next week. Hospital is not too bad, at least I can work from here which keeps me busy during the day.
ugh, I hate that you have a two week hospital stay, starryfish, but am glad to hear that you are in the best of hands and that you have stuff to do to keep you occupied!
I need to talk about my job a little. I have two main functions, A and B. I vastly prefer A to B. Some people in our group focus on only one or the other. Up until now I've had on average 3 A projects and 1 B. In the past 6 months, 2 of my A projects have finished, and I haven't been assigned any new ones. I've talked to my boss several times about this. The most recent time I've even said to him I hope they aren't holding back on giving me another project since I am pregnant. Just now, my lead (one step below my boss) came to me and said they are redoing B assignments and taking me off the one I have. Then he says "since you will be out next year". I mean, on the one hand I am happy to be released from that cause I'd much rather focus on A, but on the other hand, it really pisses me off that my pregnancy is the "reason". Also, I have no damn work to do anymore. And we just hired two people! (I'm a fed, so uh, good thing they got them in before the hiring freeze.) Anyway, I am so frustrated. And I feel like I should be rioting against having work taken away due to pregnancy, but I honestly don't want that work back. I DO want other work through, and I'm getting nothing.
mpc, hugs. I feel you as I am a fed too and its annoying not having enough work to do. I would sit down with your lead and ask them for new work to do, even if its a smaller project, something you can do until you go out on ML.
PDQ My boss took on another associate this year, starting in August. I had a gut feeling part of the reason was because he knew we were gearing up for our second IVF cycle (I've been very open with him and he's been amazing and supportive). He knew that (hopefully) I'd be off at least 3 months in 2017 and then who knows what my schedule would be. That's all well and good, but there's not enough work for two of us. Candidly, there's not enough work for one of us. So our billable hours are in the toilet. I don't see it getting better before I go on maternity leave in June.
My anatomy scan yesterday went great. I'm officially 20 weeks today. It looks like I might actually end up with a baby at the end of this. (heart)
Only issue that came up is that baby girl has some extra fluid on one of her kidneys. But my son had it on both kidneys, to a higher degree, so we're used to this. Should be no big deal, but I'm guessing they'll keep an eye on it. (At 3.5 DS still has it, and we're still just watching and waiting.)

I cannot like this enough. I just wanted to cry reading it.
If I can make it to that point, that is when I might start believing this is real.
What's everyone up to this weekend? I'm seeing friends tomorrow night, but those are my only plans. Maybe we'll go to the movies and see Dr. Strange. We have one of those nice theaters with the reclining seats, so comfortable!
Hello! Still in hospital. My BP has behaved the past two days, and so of course they offer me this morning that I can monitor it out patient if I choose. THEN right afterwards, my BP went back up. So I think it is just better for me to stay here where I can be monitored since pre-e changes SOOO quickly. Also, with my insurance, we have to pay the first 3 days of in-patient admission and then its covered 100% after that, so I would hate to go home and then come back and have to pay again.
my DH has been awesome running back and forth between home and the hospital. He cleaned the house yesterday (like DEEP clean) so I get to go home to a clean house! :-)
