McCain and Graham have issued a joint statement so they may be willing to work towards legislation.

Ideally they and one or two other should flip D to shift control of the Senate. But I assume that won't happen.

I wonder if enough Rs flip I it would flip the Senate if they caucus with the Ds? Does it work like that?

Do you mean people in the government?  They see but most don't care.  Trump is a means to an end.  The GOP has its goals and they are using Trump to create enough chaos so they can go about doing whatever they want while the country has its eyes on the clown.  Some I think care but are too afraid to do anything (self-preservation over rebelling for the good of everyone).

A lot of citizens don't see it fully but I think that's because they don't want to.  Awareness is a choice (for most).   It's like White Privilege has created cataracts in their eyes.  So many people think that their white asses are safe from all of the devastation and oppression that's currently happening to others. 

IMO, I feel like it's fairly easy to know the factual 'whys' in people not caring, but so hard to truly understand, emotionally.
