We binge watched over the course of 2 days, then put off watching the finale for 2 weeks because we didn't want to be done . It was such a good season.

I'm really happy I get to share my joy with you all. Thank you!
Throughout shooting, I got texts of autumn leaves, the Jabbawockeez, and a video of John Legend. Needless to say, it was awesome to see it all in final form.
It's killing me that I can't tell you what other things are in store. My bro is literally in town right now for two weeks, pitching two other projects and in talks to direct something really cool. It's a very exciting time!
I mean, I am a great auntie. But, I know I'm out of my league here. Lol.
We could be sisters!
You don't want to date my bro, though. When we went to dinner last week, he was like, "I doubt I'll get married until I'm 45." At least he's honest with me.
There goes my hope for my kids to be a flower girl and ring bearer. Hmph.

Whenever you mention your brother it reminds me of mine, lol.
He's very successful in his chosen career path (though by its nature it's much less high profile so basically no one knows besides his family and close friends) and he's 2y younger than me (so 33). Marriage just isn't on his radar and sometimes it makes me sad because we will probably never be in a similar place in life when it comes to having kids and the like, which would have been really fun for us, i think. He's a wonderful uncle though, and I know if he does ever get married and have kids, I'll be a fab aunt. i just don't see him settling down until at least 40 or later. And when he's 40, my oldest will be getting ready to go off to college! Growing up, we were super close to our cousin, so it feels like we will miss out on that experience with our own kids, which was really special for all of us.
On the upside, instead of gifts, he set up savings accounts for my kids and money is autodrafted into them monthly, which is pretty sweet, and unlikely to have happened if he had a young family of his own. They're very lucky to have such a generous uncle.
I really loved this season. From an artistic standpoint it was beautifully shot. The storylines were well crafted.
This.
I started watching myself but DH got hooked partway through by just catching a few minutes of "New York, I Love You." I honestly can't choose a favorite episode. They were all great for different reasons.

Yes I have about 6 favorites from season 2. Thanksgiving is SUCH a standout though.

I really really enjoy this show. I liked season 1 but I loved season 2. I really hope they get another season because they're such interesting storytellers.
We just finished the Denise episode and I loved it SO much. Plus, nipplesandtoes23 is the best insta name ever. MH doesn't have Instagram but says he wants one now and wants to use that name (lol).
This was probably my favorite episode of the series. Denise is my favorite character so that's probably why but I loved the progression in time shown through Thanksgivings as well.
I finished on Friday. I think this season was even better than the first season, overall. However, I didn't like the finale as much as last season. But I'm not super in love with Francesca as a character.
