Just need to vent

In many ways dh is a great father but sometimes......

Tonight I got off work at 9pm.  Pip is usually in bed and asleep by 8-830pm.  He's up running around when I get home.  I asked dh to take him to his room and sit on his bed next to him to get him to lay down and go to sleep while I take a shower.  I get out of the shower and dh is sitting on Pip's bed while Pip is on the other side of the room playing ball, the light is on and dh is making no attempt at getting Pip in bed.  Grrr.

Fortunately Pip went to sleep within minutes of me taking over bedtime.

Update and a new complaint.

Pip was up early - 6-630am early. Wide awake and bouncing around before dh or I was ready for him to be THAT awake. He was also grouchy, grumpy, and very whiny by 1030am - sent off to school at 1145.

He may or may not take a nap on the bus to school but I'd be very surprised if he doesn't fall asleep on the bus ride home.

New complaint: I hate needing to deal with warranty issues, especially on cloth diapers. My used only for a few months but ordered in July 2016 AC3 is delaminating - in the crotch no less.
