Disability is denying my claim

So after 12 years of dealing with their bullshit and jumping through whatever hoops they sent my way, they've decided to deny me. They say my neurologist isn't clear enough and doesn't make sense so they had their neurologist review my last 5 years of records. Mind you I've had zero contact with this person and have not been checked medically by this person. The really burns me part is that this is all over $270/mo.

It's through SSI right? We do have several ladies on GBCN who work for SSA. I wonder if they would have tips or suggestions. Is there an appeal? I'm so sorry.

Nope this is my private policy from my old workplace. My SSDI is still intact.

All this crap for $270/mo. I don't understand why they even care. Well I guess I do since I'm up in arms about this. I fucking paid for this policy. It's not the money it's the screwing me over part that's killing me. I'm hoping this doesn't affect ssdi. But it is what it is. We are appealing and getting yet another note from my neurologist. The one they say is not good enough for them. The one who works at Mgh. Sigh. Aside from this I'm not sleeping well and am in back pain. Maybe I'll calm down after I sleep
