Temping question: I know you are supposed to have 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep to record your temp but if you woke up early but then fell back asleep til your alarm would you still count your temp?
I took my temp both when I first woke and when my alarm went off. The temp from when I first woke was lower than I would expect for being post ovulation the temp at my normal time was where it should be. I counted the second temp but dont know if I am just choosing the one that helps me get crosshairs sooner!

melsamoony, 9/10 times my interrupted sleep temp is still where I expect it to be, so I go with that. Technically, there's a formula you can use to calculate what your temp should have been if you woke up early, but I don't use it. I have woken up both too early and then too late and averaged them, though.

I don't think I've ever had 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep since I've been temping.
I would count the one when you first woke up though.
I need an intervention, y'all. 13dpo. BFN. Checked CM internally and looks like I'll be spotting today. AF due tomorrow. So what do I do? I find a chart in FF that had a BFN and spotting at 13dpo as well as a slight temp drop that resulted in a BFP at 14dpo and overlaid it on my chart, naturally.

And I've seen a whole lotta charts, and I've analyzed my chart enough, that if I was a betting woman, compassrose, I'd put all my money on pregnant. That implantation dip is so textbook, it's ridiculous.
