Glad she's perking up some. L had flu twice last year, and was out for about a week both times. I went by the standard fever-free-for-24-hours.
We just went in for a test today, since she's spiking fevers (104.7 last night, ugh) and feeling awful - rapid test was negative, but her pedi said that it didn't necessarily mean she didn't have it. So, yeah. Helpful, I know.

My DD had it when she was 4. We tried Tamiflu, but for her, the GI side effects were awful and worse than her actual flu symptoms (which were also bad). We did 2 doses, then didn't take anymore. She was down about 4 days. So sorry; I know it is so hard!
