That cms but I don’t plan to explain further-sorry!
If you are talking about something secret that you can't talk about, what's the point of dropping in a vague incomprehensible line?
FWIW, you can google Novartis and CMS and find articles about drug pricing deals. Like any big company, Novartis has business with the federal government.
Bet her parents dropped her off at Scalia's with cosmo.
Not sure if the below was covered but I just don't get how Cohen is not filthy rich with all of this money coming in for everyone to get inside the head of a person who drinks 12 diet cokes a day. It's like they are just living on debt or Cohen was so in love with 45 that he worked for free.
from newsweek:
President Donald Trump's personal attorney reportedly offered up his $9 million New York apartment as collateral for millions of dollars of debt due to the decline of his taxi medallion business.

It sounds like he was living beyond his means. Regardless of how much cash flow you have, once you start that you're screwed.

Right? He had to mortgage his home to get $130,000?

Open question on whether he pocketed a lot of that money. My assumption is it flowed out to mistresses and Trump.

I feel like I haven't seen much about where the money went.

Also he could have money in places that is not always accessible or useable. He may have money he can't use because he hasn't paid taxes on it, it's hidden overseas and for various reasons moving it to the US will raise red flags, it's hidden in shell companies, it's in the form of actual cash and too many large cash deposits come with bank reporting requirements, it's tied up in shell companies owned in part by others, etc.
In new court filing, Cohens lawyers want Avenatti removed from Stormy case because he unlawfully got bank records. I know nothing about law but am pretty sure you can’t ask to remove a lawyer cuz he got leaked info.
It’s clear that they are tired of Avenatti but I am not. I hope he appears on tv at least 10 more times tonight.
Is anyone following the Nunes stuff? I don’t have an article to link but I’m piecing together that he has asked for classified docs from DOJ, DOJ has refused to turn them over because the IC doesn’t trust him with the information (cooperating source for Mueller) and now things are getting ugly.
Also, I didn't realize that Vekselberg was the person who had his plane raided on the tarmac 2 months ago. As soon as he landed he was served with a search warrant by Mueller's team. THAT IS interesting and probably where the money trail came from.

Maddow had a piece about Rosenberg and a public speech he gave recently citing cases in our history (like in the 1940’s) when similar demands were made of the DOJ and they refused. This seems like a win-win for Trump and all. Get info and an excuse to fire Rosenberg. I haven’t heard more since that segment but it feels like a massacre situation.

Can't they just say no as it is still an open investigation and they can get it through the discovery process down the line if it comes to that? This happens quite a bit with defense attorneys being denied videos and other discoverable materials in the very early stages of the criminal process. I could be wrong though.
